General

We have 14 distribution centres across Australia to ensure that our products are always easily accessible.

No, we only sell auto glass products as a wholesaler and distributor. We do not offer any auto glass installation or fitting services.

We strongly recommend that you do not install your own glass, but instead, seek a professional to so. Poor installation of glass could lead to issues such as leaks, along with safety issues such as compromising the structural integrity of your vehicle.

NAGS operates on a B2B model and exclusively provide our products to Windscreen Technicians rather than directly to the public.

Ordering

To place an order, you must first have an account with us. To create an account with NAGS, simply go to our Contact Us page, find your nearest branch and give us a call! One of our friendly managers will help you with the rest.

Once you have an account with NAGS, you can place an order by:

  1. Using our Customer Portal – MyNAGS (available 24/7).
  2. Contacting your local branch via email or phone with your request.
  3. Visiting your local branch and placing an order directly with a Customer Service Representative.

MyNAGS is our online ordering system, specifically designed for NAGS customers.

Our simple and easy-to-use portal will give you the convenience of viewing, searching and placing orders.

In order to access MyNAGS, please contact your local distribution centre to set up an account and receive your online access code.

Through MyNAGS you can:

  1. View our latest product catalogue & identify glass easily
  2. View stock availability & pricing
  3. Order instantaneously 24/7

Pick-up and Delivery

NAGS supplies auto glass throughout Australia. We have distribution centres in all states other than the Northern Territory. If you are located in the NT and need glass, please contact our distribution centre in South Australia who would be happy to service you.

There are several options for receiving your order. You can:

  1. Pick-up;
  2. Have it delivered to your premises by NAGS if you are on one of our delivery routes;
  3. Arrange for it to be sent by freight/courier to your preferred destination;
  4. Have it air frighted to your premises

Delivery fees may apply, however these fees are tailored to each individual distribution centre. For detailed information regarding delivery charges, we encourage customers to reach out to the distribution centre responsible for managing their account.

Freight and courier service charges are determined by third party costs.

Products and Standards

To identify the right product, you may need the following information:

  1. Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
  2. Glass Manufacturer
  3. Glass Dimensions (height and width)
  4. Position of the glass (E.g. front, rear, side etc.)
  5. Vin Chassis Numbers

 

If you are looking for a front windscreen, you should also find out the following information:

  1. Whether your windscreen has a Colour band, black border (Ceramic or Frit), and/or Dot Matrix
  2. Whether your windscreen has any attachments such as a rain sensor, ADAS/Camera bracket, heater, etc.
  3. Whether your windscreen has other features such as acoustic, solar, HUD, etc.
  4. Additional information when available, such as genuine part number, photo of the attachment area (outside and inside views), etc.

 

For side glass/rear glass, you may need to check the following:

  1. Whether your side/rear glass is laminated.
  2. Whether your side/rear glass is encapsulated.
  3. Whether your side/rear glass has other features such as solar, acoustic, heating, antenna, etc.
  4. Whether your side/rear glass is in privacy colour, e.g., privacy green, privacy grey, bronze, etc.

To measure your windscreen accurately, you will need to take the following measurements:

  1. Width – Measure across the widest point of the glass
  2. Centre High – Measure top to bottom at the middle of the glass
  3. Diagonal – Measure from the top edge to bottom edge of the glass

At times, limited information might make it hard for you to figure out which product you need. As a last option, if you provide us with the measurements mentioned above, we may be able to assist you with finding the right product.

To identify the manufacturer of the windscreen or tempered glass, you can check the DOT number. In the ARG market, the logo on the glass often belongs to the importer/reseller, but the DOT number will indicate the manufacturer.

Knowing the manufacturer's reputation for quality processes and ability to produce OEM equivalent glass can help you determine the quality of the product you have purchased.

All our auto glass products are quality certified and endorsed by the Australia Standard (AS 2080:2019) or the acceptable equivalent (e.g. European & US Standards).

It is essential to use good products for glass replacement as this helps to ensure you are restoring the safety and comfort of the vehicle. Things to look for when you are searching for good products:

  1. Reputable manufacturer
  2. Product quality certificates and applicable standards
  3. Reliable distributor and service network

We source from the best of the best, ensuring our manufacturers share the same stringent standards that we uphold.

Using inferior products could lead to serious outcomes, including:

  1. Appearance damage
  2. Reduced comfort
  3. Safety hazard
  4. Risk of accident, which could lead to serious injury or fatality.

Returns and Warranty

NAGS has the right and discretion to decide whether to accept the return of Goods due to change of mind, wrong order or change of circumstances.

If we agree to accept the return, when returning un-used Goods for credit, the following apply:

  1. The Goods must be un-used and in the original condition supplied;
  2. The Goods must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice;
  3. The original delivery docket or invoice number must be quoted with the Goods;
  4. Customer specific stock, discounted, sale and non-standard item cannot be returned for credit; and
  5. The Customer is responsible for the return freight costs (if any).

 

All customers are reminded to thoroughly inspect their glass upon delivery. If any issues such as breakages are discovered, it’s crucial that customers immediately notify the delivery driver. Failure to report issues on the spot may result in us being unable to accept the breakage.

For orders shipped via freight or courier, the transit breakage risk is worn by the customer.

All goods supplied by NAGS comes with a full warranty against manufacturing faults.  

Please note, there may be ancillary costs relating to the return as NAGS does not and will not cover any incidental costs or expenses (e.g., re-fitting, re-calibration etc.).
